Please read these terms carefully before using LJT GO services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LJT GO ("LJT GO", "we", "us", or "our") and our recruitment platform services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LJT GO. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per company/organization
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services
  • Account sharing is prohibited

Acceptable Use

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Comply with Australian employment laws
  • Respect candidate privacy and data
  • No discriminatory job postings

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Payments are processed monthly in advance
  • No refunds for partial month usage
  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your job postings
  • We have license to display your content
  • Our platform and branding are protected
  • No unauthorized use of our trademarks
  • Respect third-party intellectual property

Limitations of Liability

  • Platform provided "as is" without warranties
  • Not responsible for candidate quality or suitability
  • No guarantee of hiring outcomes
  • Limited liability to subscription fees paid
  • No liability for indirect damages

Prohibited Activities

  • Posting fake or misleading job opportunities
  • Harvesting candidate data for spam
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees
  • Using automated bots or scrapers
  • Violating any Australian laws

Additional Terms

1. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.

2. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Australia. We encourage resolution through good faith negotiations. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Australia.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LJT GO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By using LJT GO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
